WHAT WE DO
ArtCart is a mobile art program. Lessons focus on process over product, following state standards, and addressing important developmental targets such as socio-emotional awareness, problem solving skills, cultural awareness, motor and cognitive skills, and improved academic performance.
HOW IT WORKS
ArtCart customizes for the needs of a county or school. We offer everything from school year planning, art lessons and curriculum, material ordering, and art instruction.
ArtCart lessons blend a variety of fine art disciplines to provide a better understanding of arts education and how creativity is connected to many facets of our daily lives. Students will have unique and fun experiences in drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture establishing a well-rounded curriculum and artistic repertoire.
WHY IT MATTERS
ArtCart has impacted thousands of students in the last six years. Art education is a vital component to early childhood development. Kids should experience the joy of making something while benefitting from the many tools that self-expression offers.
ArtCart’s goal is to build confidence by fostering a meaningful relationship with creativity and innovation in the classroom. We want our students to be leaders, thinkers, and idea makers. Their artwork represents who they are and who they want to become.
